Bees win fourth staight

Your Bees made it four wins in a row last night, overcoming an early 2-0 deficit and topping Wisconsin, 5-4, on the road.

Kurt Mertins kept his hot bat. The third baseman collected two hits, including a two-run single that keyed the Bees’ three-run second inning.

Ryan DiPietro improved his record to 2-2, striking out four in 5.1 innings. Chris Hayes notched his second save, fanning three over the final 3.2 innings.
