Field ready for Cubs-Cards Rivalry Night

It all started with the 15 red, white, and blue stars flanking foul territory for our Independence Day fireworks shows. It continued a couple days ago, when fans couldn’t help but notice the giant crown logo of our big league affiliate, beautifully painted behind home plate.

Well, today, T.J., Paul, and Shawn on our grounds crew have outdone themselves. They’ve added two more logos for our annual Cubs-Cardinals Rivalry Night. This photo doesn’t even do their work justice. You’ll just have to come out and see their handiwork in person. Game time is 6, as the Bees welcome the Clinton LumberKings for a three-game series.

Wear your team’s colors and come out and see if your first-place Bees can keep it going after last night’s thrilling win over Beloit.
